Case Studies - BikeVis

BikeVis came to us back in 2009 wanting to manufacture a Motorcycle Light. Injection Moulding was the perfect solution for a small part which needed to be made thousands of times quickly and cheaply.

Armed only with a sketch from the customer our design team worked out how best to tool and manufacture this very small moulding.

As the product evolved we retooled to meet the needs of different components being fitted into the casing.

The product (BikeVis Bullets) went on to earn Motorcycle Accessory of the Year 2009 at a major magazine website and became the best seller at BikeVis for the last 10 years.
